Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I am using Lucidchart to dynamically map a technology roadmap for the Finance Organization. I love how I can dynamically map key processes and how they are all interrelated. I love how the arrows indicating process flows automatically link up to other steps in the process. It is very easy to share the process maps through PDF, links or also importing into Google Suite.
- Export to PDF.
- Templates.
- Seamlessly mapping processes.
- Integration with MS Office products.
- Collaboration: easy to share links.
- Visualization: easy to add circles for key processes and arrows.
It is extremely valuable to integrate with key collaboration tools such as Google Cloud to share with as wide an audience as possible. I love the integration into Google Cloud as that has been my main collaboration tool during the pandemic. Lucidchart also allows the user to import data which many users find helpful.

PowerPoint does not have the robust features or easy-to-use interface that Lucidchart does. Although PowerPoint integrates well with other MS Office products, it doesn't have the flexibility to create great-looking and common sense process maps like Lucidchart. PowerPoint is also more difficult to share and collaborate on since it only lives in the Microsoft cloud.
