Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

As a former Visio user, I quickly embraced the more intuitive, user-friendly, aesthetic, actual real-time functionality. I love the ability to publish chart links and then include them in process/procedure documentation. When I need to update a chart, all the changes immediately refresh in all locations where I published the chart URL. Viola! No need to keep track of where a chart needs to be replaced. I also love the layering feature and use it for As Is/To Be process mapping as well as featuring sub-processes. Best charting solution ever!

  • Easier to use text boxes. Sometimes difficult to get curser to unselect text to avoid accidental deletion. Resolve by using undo feature, but wastes time.
