Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I think there needs to be better training. I am struggling with basic editing elements that the help doesn't address well for a user
I used LucidChart to support creating multiple core process flows to assess timing within each phase and identify redundancies based on what individuals are reporting as their component of an established process.

I have not explored this feature
I think it is fairly limited, but I have only attempted through the help option. I am curious to better learn about support within the system to aid new users.

I think there is value in LucidChart from other potential software. The capacity to print, duplicate, and modify allows for easy sharing and project teams.
