Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

because this is what is really does, allow users to jump in and get started right away with little to no learning curve
it is being used in our catalog operations department. we have many tasks to do on a daily basis, so our manager uses lucid charts as a quick access guide for new and onboarding team members it is being used to organize the workflow of a specific process and much more
