Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I have found Lucidchart very simple to use, but there were a few occasions where I was struggling to change colors and add shapes and had to click around a lot before I worked out what I needed to do.
I have really enjoyed using Lucidchart to plot out project workflows. I have found it very easy to use, and very clear to simply display the processes of the company.

  • Clear layouts
  • Easier to locate walk-throughs
  • More features to be used for free
  • Click to use icons, rather than dragging
  • Explaining the company production pipeline for new starters

I haven't used any other products.
Lucidchart is really very useful for explaining pipelines clearly, and simply, especially for people who may not be familiar with the pipeline being shown.
