Usability

It's a fairly straight forward drag and drop interface.

We use Lucidchart to illustrate ERDs and document business process flows.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Integration from Salesforce to Lucid for object relationships.
Ease of use is important because I often diagram with clients real-time on process flows.
Lucidchart is highly flexible since it's cloud based and platform independent.

Cons

Additional iconography will be appreciated.

Return on Investment

The use of Lucidchart has resulted in a direct efficiency improvement in our requirements definition processes as we have the capability to provide illustratively.

Integrations

Integrating from Salesforce has made the task of ERD generation simple. No longer do we have to build data objects manually, but rather import them and add them to the pallet.

Support Rating

I have not had a need to utilize support. The product is very self explanatory and the knowledge articles they have published are informative.
