Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

No previous expertise is required for using Lucidchart as it is very simple to use. All you need is available for you to choose from broken down into various categories and there is consistency in all areas allowing users to learn very quickly themselves.
Lucidchart is being used across the whole organization for diagrammatic purposes for creating various logic, flowcharts, architecture diagrams, and designs according to the business requirements of our clients. It is also used by my team for UI mockups and outputting and proposed diagrams for our projects.
  • Lucidchart has a selection of various flowchart boxes, iOS and Android device UIs, ER diagram schemas readily available for our use.
  • Easy to select the arrows, lines, colors, fonts and sizes as per our requirements.
  • Easy to export our diagrams into numerous formats like PNG, PDF, Visio, etc.
  • Easy to share an editable version of our diagrams with other members in our organization by simply entering their email and sending them an invite to the chart.
  • Auto complete and spell check are the areas that could be added.
  • By using Lucidchart our team has been able to make logical flows that have been useful for breaking down complex problems and seeing things more clearly.
  • Has been really efficient in projects where lot of edits are required on design.
  • Time saving and to the point as it is easy to use even after having loads of features.
Lucidchart can connect to external databases allowing you to save time and effort of manually creating schemas. This automated process is efficient for organizations and allows them to complete projects within the timeline.
On the minimal support you may need, Lucidchart gets back very quickly with to-the-point information.
