Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is very easy to use, and its click and drag methodology makes it very easy to learn. This is good for beginner or advanced process resources.
Lucidchart allows me to diagram process flow so that it is clear for the entire team to be aligned on a process. It helps eliminate confusion and illustrates visually how a process should look end to end. I highly recommend this product as it is much more intuitive and easy to use than some of its competitors.

  • Lucidspark is a separate product, would have like to have seen them as one

BOH stories needed to get completed, and no one had a consistent process. We got in a room and mapped them out using Lucidchart, and everyone was on the same page. When working remote, it can be very hard to illustrate ideas. With this tool, that challenge is overcome greatly.
