Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is very easy to learn, and the search bars provided on every facet of the application (e.g. shapes) help you to find what you need very quickly. The UI is intuitive and it does what you would expect it to do. It does not have the wonky jumping-around habits when it comes to shapes that other diagramming software has.
Our whole organization uses Lucidchart as its primary diagramming tool. Lucidchart enables project teams to conceptualize their software architectural designs, and design workflows, and effectively formulate plans within a completely collaborative environment. Through the intelligent use of formatting of shapes, we have been able to automate the highlighting of specific aspects of each design, greatly reducing time spent on reformatting and re-coloring shapes within our designs. Integrations with Slack and Atlassian tools make Lucidchart all the more effective within our organization for collaboration between users.

We extensively use Lucidchart's integrations with Slack and Atlassian tools. We use Slack integrations to share diagrams with other members of our organization and we use Atlassian integration to quickly include Lucidchart diagrams within Confluence documentation. Being able to have our diagrams in a single place and not replicated in multiple locations has added a great deal of efficiency and maintainability to our application documentation, especially thanks to the Atlassian Confluence integration.
While we have not had many occasions where we needed to engage Lucidchart support, they have been very helpful and provided the required information and service when we did have to engage them. SLAs on replies to our queries were more than met and we are satisfied with the level of support we received.

Lucidchart is a great tool to design diagrams within a collaborative environment. It is well-suited for enterprise teams who need to design and visualize large-scale enterprise-grade applications. It also helps visualize and communicate complex workflows within applications or suites of applications. The built-in templates for different kinds of diagrams also help your teams keep up-to-speed with the industry-accepted base diagrams.
