Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
I am using Lucidchart to develop and design process flows for different elements of the sales process and functions. I've used it to conceptually diagram everything from internal software usage flows to communication flows to business processes. For those who tend to be more visual, this is a great way to communicate complex information in a simple way. I would recommend this type of visualization for any presentation that seeks to break down complex concepts or even simple ones.
Pros
- Linkedin navigator flow
- Discovery flow diagram
- ABM process maps
- Sales outreach cadence maps
Cons
- Video tutorial of a build would be useful
- Better presentations
Lucidchart's been a great tool in developing visualizations and mapping out process flows. I've used it regularly for a while and it is easy to use and intuitive. You don't need to have a deep knowledge of process to become effective in the tool. Typically, the use cases I've used it for are in sales, marketing, and content development process map and framework building.
I haven't used this for real time collaboration but I would imagine it would work out fine as a real-time white board. I've typically used this for asynchronous communications and knowledge base/wiki building. I've never had issues with quality of output or reliability when using the tool so I'd imagine it would be pretty turnkey as a collaboration tool.
