Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

I would rate the overall usability of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite a 9 out of 10. The program is highly intuitive, with a clean interface that makes it easy to jump in and start diagramming, mapping, or brainstorming without needing a lot of training training. The drag-and-drop functionality, wide range of templates, and real-time collaboration tools make it particularly user-friendly—even for first-time users.
We've used the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize our thoughts and work together in figuring out process flows. We recently converted our whole Product Development process and started off white boarding all of the task in the development Cycle. From there, we put everything in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and started "connecting the dots". Having everything laid out in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was crucial for understanding the process and translating everything into our Wrike Gantt Chart.

Pros

  • For anyone who learns visually, this program does a good job of providing various tools to create practically anything you want to design.
  • Being able to use it while others are in there and see each others changes is very useful. It's also beneficial to feel like you're working as a team even when working remote.
  • Overall, I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very user friendly. I didn't really need any training on it as it's easy to figure out the majority of it's tools.

Cons

  • This is a difficult question, I was going to say that it could have a communication/chat features but I just logged on and saw that it already has this.
  • It's made it much easier to layout processes rather than the old fashioned way of everyone white boarding in 1 room.
  • When presenting new ideas to your organization, it's crucial that the information laid out is visually appeal. This is what Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite does great and definitely plays a part in getting buy in from stakeholders.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very well made. It does not look cookie cutter and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. The fact that I was able to jump into it with little to no training is a testament to how user friendly it is.
I've actually had a couple of reps reach out to me proactively to see if I needed training. I didn't get back with them because I was able to figure out use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite relatively easy, but I appreciated that someone reached out not just once but multiple times to check on me.
