Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Lucidspark for brainstorming sessions. Due to the company moving remote, the culture has always been working in person. Using Lucidspark has allowed many individuals to visualize the process and be able to provide valuable feedback.

Easy for non-technical people to participate

I use the free version so I am already limited in what I can do.

Usability

I used it with a group of business stakeholders who were non technical. They found it easy, intuitive, and fun to use.

Integrations

Unfortunately, we are unable to utilize Slack/Google Drive at our corporation. However, I can easy take the tasks in Lucidspark and transfer them to a diagram in Lucidcharts.

Reliability

So far with five users, I have found the performance to be reliable, despite the glitches experienced by the Zoom calls.

Support Rating

I have used other online collaboration tools, and I find the ease of LucidSparks to be much more non-tech user friendly.
