Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is being utilized in my doctoral program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In this program, I am completing my dissertation proposal on the creation of an electronic health record flowsheet. I have utilized your software to create a Gantt chart, risk & analysis chart, timeline, budget, dissemination table, and the actual digital flowchart. I love the fact that this software allows me to create these charts with a pre-template that has already been created. I have very little knowledge when it comes to creating graphs and flowcharts but this program is definitely worth the money. I have recommended it to my peers in the doctoral nursing program and they are also excited to utilize it as well.

It was somewhat difficult to navigate when I first utilized the software. However, since I am a part of the generation Y category, navigating technology comes naturally to me. My only suggestion is that you make the use of the software user friendly for other consumers that are part of the baby boomers and generation x category, especially if you are looking to increase sales and productivity.
Lucidspark has been a tremendous help to my organization and my dissertation project. This semester I had utilized this program throughout the entire 4 months of school. This software allowed me to create daily work flow charts, assignments for team members participating in the project, as well as relevant flow charts for the implementation of my electronic data flowsheet.
In terms of reliability in real-time, I rate the product a 10/10. In relation to the quality, I rate the product 8/10. The quality of the product received an 8/10 due to the font size when converting the flowcharts to PDF and JPEG format. I received several pieces feedback from peers/colleagues regarding difficulty reading the flowcharts even though I had created the font at 150.
The overall support for Lucidspark has been great! When I had issues or questions about some of the areas on the flowchart and how to navigate through them, I found that it was easy to get assistance with this matter than I would have if I was utilizing software such as Microsoft.

I have not utilized any other products similar to lucidspark. I have tried to utilize pre-templates created by microsoft but it did not give me the results I was needing or wanting as Lucidspark has provided me with. When I submitted my pre-templates that I created through Lucidspark my instructor was excited about the overall project due to the layout of the graphs.
Lucidspark excelled in the areas of the pre-templates that was already created for consumers to utilize. If these pre-templates were not already available for me to edit then I would have been very lost on my dissertation assignment. I also love the fact that Lucidspark had various templates of flowcharts specific to the style or area of need the consumer works in.
