Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

I used it for a branding workshop. I normally conduct those in person with Easel Post-It Notes, but, due to the COVID lockdown, this was virtual, so I needed a robust online tool. We used it for brainstorming, positioning, and establishing differentiators. Everyone could use it readily as it was fairly intuitive.
  • Online collaboration during virtual meetings.
  • Visually describing relationships.
  • Brainstorming when you want to identify and track ideas by the same creator.
  • Color-coding to group like topics that overlap across different areas.
  • I wish there were a good short how-to video.
  • It wasn't immediately clear to me the mouse movement to move offscreen space onto the screen.
  • I wish the features were grouped more intuitively.
  • The client loved the workshop
  • We were able to easily save our notes, unlike in the physical environment
  • I wonder if chat would be helpful to help record thought progression
It was pretty easy to use once I figured it out, but a quick demo would have saved some time and moments of fluster.
Very positive.
I wasn't very aware of support options, and, as I've said, documentation was lacking. On the other hand, it's pretty intuitive, so not too much support should be needed. There probably was support available in the background.
