Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Our entire organization uses LucidChart for strategic planning, brainstorming and execution of both internal and client projects. It helps us a lot to graph the processes before implementing them, which allows us to make quick adjustments on the diagram before, which saves us a lot of time in the implementations. What we would like is to add a library of resources for web design and applications in general, so that we can recreate all the steps of the front end of the application.
  • Ease to use and preparing the Workflow Diagrams.
  • It allows teamwork, since the entire organization can be within the application, so they will be aware of the changes on the processes diagrammed live.
  • Offers templates for creating different types of diagrams
  • Limited resources and packs for application and web development. Uses for projects with technological purposes.
  • Promote tutorial videos to get the most out of the tool
  • It is an excellent tool to save time
  • Improve the effectiveness of our internal sessions and with clients
Easy to use, I didn't have to take training to start using it. It is a very intuitive application.
It helps to speed up the use times of applications such as CRM and other tools such as drive and project management.
It allows the identification of problems and opportunities for improvement in the processes. It helps in the achievement of the objectives since it improves the customer experience and the internal collaboration with the team members during the entire time of the project.
I have not yet had the need to contact the support department.

Lucidchart has a better interface, is much easier to use, and also allows you to share projects with the entire organization.
Perfect for business process design, continuous improvement and optimization. Excellent for graphically showing your clients ideas and projects, so that you can improve your communication process and shorten your project times.
