Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

By just watching one or two short videos on how to use Lucidchart, I was immediately able to use it and build my own process flow charts.
I use Lucidchart to map out project flows from idea/concept to product launch. It's a visual way to show the dependencies and stakeholder ownership through swimlanes. It's super easy to use and saves me a lot of time--I can spend more time thinking about the process than formatting boxes and arrows. It's a great tool and I would recommend it to anyone. Stop sweating over PowerPoint charts!

  • Hard to zoom in and out of big charts

I have not tried integrating it to other software yet.
I have not tried asking for support, so I can't comment.

Lucidchart can make flowcharts more intuitively and automatically than PowerPoint.
Lucidchart is great for showing process flows, but not for tables/matrices where Excel or PowerPoint is better.
