Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
Lucidspark is used as a timeline. We were tracking engagement with a company that scammed us out of 2046.00 and trying to build a case to present to the credit card company and my bank. So we used the app to build the timeline to expose unprofessional business practices that we were subjected to in the hopes of getting some of our money back.
- Tracking.
- Organizing.
- Record keeping.
- Make it more user friendly in terms of the cells used to track information.
- It was not a time saver.
- it took longer to get used to the format [than expected]
- fonts and design was made for engineers to me.
The integrations are important and necessary.
Visually difficult to use for me.
