Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

It is being used in a preliminary review of the software to decide on whether the software will be implemented throughout the organization. It currently addresses the creation of process flows for a new company. I will investigate the project management and online collaboration tools at a later stage.

As mentioned in the previous section, the new user guides are informative and help you without needing the help section or requesting online support. Most software programs these days require some sort of training or introduction by a consultant in order to get started but that was not necessary with this product.
I have not had the opportunity to test any of this functionality out yet.
I'm still too new of a user to comment on all of the product's functionality.
I haven't needed any support so I think that is in itself an achievement for the developers.

Google Slides, Google Sheets, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Lucidchart is easy to use, the tips and help guides for new users are great and definitely help to get you started on what you need to do without having to ask for support. I also enjoy the fact that it is an online tool that constantly saves the document so you don't lose your progress.
