Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use Lucidspark to coordinate between in-store team members and remote leadership. It enables us to visualize the issues we’re facing and collaborate on solutions to better serve our customers, both those who visit the brick and mortar location and who shop online. We’ve visualized user journeys, identified bottlenecks, and smoothed out our processes with the whiteboard.
  • Collaborative brainstorming.
  • Virtual whiteboard.
  • Real-time and asynchronous collaboration.
  • More visualization options would be helpful.
  • Saves time.
  • Gives more employees a consistent voice.
It’s a simple interface that’s easy to use. It was intuitive for us to get started with.
Our team hasn’t dived into integrations.
We use to have staff meetings after hours and now we can do calls and whiteboards to limit the potential exposure to one another during the pandemic. I can work together on a call or people can review and add thoughts async.
It just works. The Lucidspark team sent out documentation but we haven’t really needed it.

Lucidspark is great for teams that are distributed, whether that’s between shifts or locations. We have retail employees who work at different times who can sign in and add their comments, thoughts, concerns, etc. to help give us a more holistic view of our issues and potential solutions.
