We use Luigi's Box for interactive product search and recommendation as part of the customer's purchase process. It makes their search very easy and provides the best results for their query. The automatic filling, which takes into account the most searched phrases, also works great. The advantage is the display of the product as well as an article from a blog with a topic related to the search query.

Communication with tool support is perfect. The initial setup is very fast, and everything is explained in detail. I was very satisfied with the approach of the support team. The user environment is very simple, and I quickly found my way around it. Perfect adjustment of the search result based on the heatmap by clicking on the results. This is the advantage of displaying a question that has not been answered. This helps a lot when thinking about what the customer might be missing in the product portfolio.
