The whisperer feature acts as an assistant to the customer — whilst typing, it provides product suggestions. This makes it easy for customers to locate the products they want. For instance — a user searching for 'Mobile phone' might get the same results as someone who is just typing 'smartphone' because of this synonym setup. Thus, not only does scaling up our search functionality increase our conversion rates — because users are more likely to find/purchase the items they want — but also increases revenue.
