A fantastic tool for technical deep dives
Overall Satisfaction with Lumar
I work for a large SEO agency who leverages Lumar amonst other tools to help identify technical related issues and opportunities for clients websites.
We use Lumar in 2 ways primarily. One when conducting technical audits we run websites through their checker to prioritize callouts and then use their tool to download specific URLs to excel for further examination. Second, we setup domains to crawl monthly so we can be alerted to any changes that happen good or bad

Pros
- Scheduled crawls
- Technical crawling of large sites
- Outlining of SEO opportunities in clear formatting
Cons
- Design
- Layout
- Content Opportunities (like with Semrush)
- Being able to quickly identify top fixes for a site has helped us tremendously with new business pitches
- Our project deliverables are cleaner due to the exports of their data
- Our timelines are quicker because of how easy identifying issues are
Lumar is great for what it does - tracking technical changes and opportunities for a site. It does so affordably as well. In my opinion it would be best compared to Screaming Frog as it does essentially the same thing but with less flexibility on the backend and a much cleaner UI that doesn't take as much learning. But also not quite as powerful and not as adjustable for your specific needs as Screaming Frog. So give and take!
