Overall Satisfaction with MACAW CRM

Macaw helps us respond to all of our customers’ data in a single place making it easy to contact and manage.

  • Not very user friendly

MACAW provides deep integration with insurance-relevant tools, like underwriting and rating engines, which are not supported in shallow CRMs like Hubspot.

MACAW integrates well with Salesforce. As they say, they manage leads, opportunities, quotes and policies well. The underwriting and rating engines can be integrated if it's required. MACAW is a great solution for combining multiple systems into one and lowering overhead. It is not a great fit for non-technical departments.
