Overall Satisfaction with Made2Manage ERP

We used Made2Manage ERP in our daily business. It integrated customer information with RMA, sales, and parts transactions. It also allowed for detailed reports.

Pros

  • Order tracking
  • Customer database
  • Report printing

Cons

  • Editing of orders
  • It allowed for tracking of repaired parts and trending
  • Allowed us to create custom mailers based on customer purchases
They worked in a similar manner. I was not an admin when I used Oracle though.
It worked well in production but needed some work in RMA management.

    We have an old version of Made2Manage and are looking to upgrade to 8.0 I would like to see where you are with M2M today and get your overall thoughts.
