Overall Satisfaction with Made2Manage ERP
We used Made2Manage ERP in our daily business. It integrated customer information with RMA, sales, and parts transactions. It also allowed for detailed reports.
- Order tracking
- Customer database
- Report printing
- Editing of orders
- It allowed for tracking of repaired parts and trending
- Allowed us to create custom mailers based on customer purchases
They worked in a similar manner. I was not an admin when I used Oracle though.
