Overall Satisfaction with Magical

I have been using Magical within the last 4 years. I have immense nerve hand pain issues and I am a customer support. This role comes with writing many sentences over and over again. Magical literally saved my life with their shortcuts, as I was able to quickly write big texts and edit them to be used later.
  • Easy UI and UX. Extremely easy to understand
  • Customization and flexibility of their features is amazing.
  • Configuring Autofill can get complicated!
  • Creating shortcuts and customizing them.
  • Magical helped me assist customers faster, and it helped bringing down the reply time to 10 minutes.

Yes

I would recommend Magical for people with disabilities, especially those who are suffering from nerve pain. I would also recommend Magical for customer support agents who have to write the same sentence (like greetings, signatures, email sign offs)
