What is Magical?

Magical is an all-in-one calendar - where meetings, actions, and knowledge are managed through smart automation, frictionless scheduling, and integrations.

One-click automation enables the ability to populate sheets, messages, forms, and more without exhausting copy-and-paste between tabs. Works with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gmail, LinkedIn, Yelp, or any website. Magical doesn't rely on integrations, APIs, or complex workflow builders.

The ability to move data from open tabs to Google Sheets. Magicald oes not require toggling back and forth between tabs or copy-paste errors to correct. Typing the same thing over and over is not required with a Text Expander capability and frequently used text can automatically populate recipient’s personal details and autofill form fields. Magical also offers the ability to create new records anywhere, even from internal sales, customer service, or applicant tracking software.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I have been using Magical within the last 4 years. I have immense nerve hand pain issues and I am a customer support. This role comes with writing many sentences over and over again. Magical literally saved my life with their shortcuts, as I was able to quickly write big texts and edit them to be used later.
Pros and Cons
  • Easy UI and UX. Extremely easy to understand
  • Customization and flexibility of their features is amazing.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend Magical for people with disabilities, especially those who are suffering from nerve pain. I would also recommend Magical for customer support agents who have to write the same sentence (like greetings, signatures, email sign offs)
