Overall Satisfaction with Mailjet

MailJet is used by our CRM provider to send emails. The service is engrained into many departments within our business and is used on daily basis. This can can be for both marketing and transactional communications
  • deliverability. not had any issue with deliverabilty
  • uptime. very little downtime in the service
  • communication of events
  • Outgoing SMTP sometimes fails
  • Test sends of campaigns sometimes take a little longer than expected
  • increased efficiency. not need to swap providers
  • reduced costs from otehr channels (PPC, organic)
  • quick time to market
To date we haven't used Mailgun for all that long so I cannot comment just yet

we rarely have an issue with email sending and when we do we get alerts via email to say it's been investigated and when it's resolved. normally in a timely manner.

We use Mailjet for both marketing and transactional communications.
