Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack
Mailtrack is used by most of the employees. It is important for us because it allows us to know when and how many times our messages have been read; this way we are sure that our customers/students/parents have received the progress reports and are aware of the current situation their children are in.
Pros
- You get notifications the instant your mail is received.
- You get notifications the instant your mail is read.
- It provides evidence that the email reached its destination and was read.
Cons
- It would be useful if when sending an email to several recipients a message of which ones have read it is sent.
- At this moment I am not able to provide accurate feedback regarding this point.
I have no point of reference since I have not used other products but I am happy with how Mailtrack has worked so far.
