Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine ADAudit Plus
We use ManageEngine ADAudit Plus for all things AD. We use the reporting features daily! I have relied on ADAudit+ to help me manage our AD for 10+ years. I have called many times for support, and it has always been great. The support reps have always been friendly and fixed every issue.

- Auditing of AD.
- Help Desk for Password Reset/Unlock.
- Some of the email warnings etc. could use some updates mainly for aesthetics.
- Updates - I have had issues with manual updates a few times.
- I would like to see a few more fields in the user creation area.
- I think the reporting alone is worth the price.
- Our Help Desk uses it daily for password resets etc.
It is great for quick visuals on reports. It is also very in-depth with reporting. I really like that I can customize reports to show me exactly what I need to see.
It gives me a lot of comfort knowing if something critical is changed, I will know about it immediately. I depend on it a lot!
It has made a huge impact on us being able to watch the security of our user accounts. From how secure their passwords are to making sure they get them changed on time.
We have been using ManageEngine for many years. It was a game changer for us at a time when there weren't many options.
It greatly helped us with threat detection, auditing, and staying in compliance.
