Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine ADManager Plus

I am still learning the software but the user and computer reports are helpful. I am looking to utilize the Goup and OU reports along with the GPO reports. There is an application what requires user accounts to be uploaded weekly. This has been a huge time saver to enable us to automate the process.

We have not evaluated other products. We use several ManageEngine products and are very happy with them. The pricing is reasonable and support is very good.

We are very satfisfied with the software and when time permits, we hope to explore additional features we are not using. It has a lot of we ae not currently using due to staffing shortages.

It was recommended to us by our security vendor to help monitor security. The fact we can automate task such as creating user lists was an added bonus.
We would not change the way we evaluate products. Price, functionality, and ease of use are priorities.

We rarely need Premium support for any of the products we use and the support we receive from ManageEngine is top notch.
I have not personally contacted support for this product but for other products its been very good.

Working with ManageEngine is very easy.
They check on us periodically to see how we are doing. This is very good customer relationship skills
