Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine OpManager

OpManager's frontend Dashboard is excellent and user-friendly. It is also cheaper than other competitors. OpManager is easy to administer and create utilization reports/alerts/notifications, etc. OpManager is a comprehensive network monitoring and management tool designed to monitor the health and performance of IT infrastructure in real time. We can monitor ESXi servers, VMs, Routers, Switches, and Wi-Fi devices.

Pros

  • Real time monitoring.
  • Performance and Utilization report excellent.
  • Alerts and notification on time.
  • Easy to use, manage, administrator.

Cons

  • Syslog capture monitoring.
  • Linux OS monitoring.
  • Needed limited resource for infra monitoring.
The rating I provided is based on the product quality, experience (I have been using OpManager for almost the last 4 years), and relevance of the information/response I generated through Manage Engine OpManager. I have also received good support from OpManager.

OpManager is an agent-less monitoring and management tool that supports a wide variety of protocols. We can configure Notification Profile criteria based on interface availability for network devices. OpManager offers immediate support and service. OpManager is licensed based on the number of monitored devices, and they also provide customer support as needed.
