Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus
We need some tested products for ManageEngine Patch Management and we choose the same. It updated my network very easily. Just create a policy on what to do and the rest will take care of ManageEngine Patch Manager.
Pros
- All the patches are tested before delivered to us.
- It's on cloud so we does not need to maintain Hardware and Network.
- It also upgrades the hardware drivers & BIOS. But for BIOS only we use monthly updates no automatic policy just push to target computers.
Cons
- Reporting needs to improve.
- Support needs to improve. Ex. quick answer or timely answers. 6-8 hrs.
- No prior information of client version update. They just pushed without intimation.
- Automatic patching on scheduled time.
- Ease of use.
- No complex configuration.
- Patching is really important for every business.
- Easy solution to keep your system updated and check the status.
- Its value for money.
