Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus
We use ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus to assist with third-party application patchings, such as 7Zip, WinSCP, and Putty. The big problem that this software addressed is patching software for users who do not connect to corporate networks for more than 30 days. PatchManager solved that issue for us because it only needs to be connected to the internet.

- Easy to understand dashboards.
- Quick and effective support.
Cons
- More customization.
- The same set of software should be available on both on-prem and cloud.
- Better reporting features.
- Increased insight into applications installed on end user machines.
- Less time spending creating packages in SCCM.
- End users do not have to make time to travel to the head office or a corporate network for updates.
Patch Manager Plus does the most basic job of monitoring machines, deploying packages silently, and keeping machines up to date.
