- Makes it very easy to build forms and landing pages
- The amount of tasks that can be accomplished by building one campaign is crucial. For example, by dragging and dropping I can create filters to build a list of contacts we're looking to target, send an email, add them to a campaign in Salesforce, etc, in just a few easy steps.
- Integrates well with Salesforce.com
- Certain aspects could be a little more user friendly but I think that's the case with anything. It really just depends on the user.

- Allows our Marketing department to continue to build campaigns more effective than the last by gauging how leads respond or do not respond to certain messaging
