Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We are using mostly for batch and blast but do have some nurture streams. We are using it across most functions in the business. This product allows us to stay in front of our audiences more frequently.
- The Email Only Program - It is simple to use since you can do everything from one screen plus it automatically creates a dashboard that allows you to see results and share them.
- Creating reports on the campaign level - this allows you to only pull in information about that campaign easily. If you do it in analytics you need to check boxes, use smart lists etc., to obtain the insight you are looking for
- Analytics - They analytics portion of Marketo is difficult for a novice to use and it doesn't create dashboards unless you use the revenue cycle portion.
- The mobile landing page view - still has some kinks to work out. There are times where I can't select fields to show hidden questions so I can't see how it will actually look on mobile; it just defaults to the all visible fields.
I was not part of the initial selection process but I did use ExactTarget two years ago. The audience builder was not as easy to create or as advanced.
