Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo for all of our marketing automation. We use it for all email campaigns and to help manage our database in Salesforce. We have a nurture campaign also set up for prospects with lead scoring based on behavior and sales insight for our sales team.
It is only being used in the Marketing department with integration into Salesforce for our sales team. It significantly helps with managing our database and tracking how well our marketing campaigns are performing.

- Data Management - Running campaigns to mass change information in Salesforce (ie: changing a lead owner all at once based on criteria)
Cons
- I wish that the forms you can create could handle file uploads. Our main forms on our website include a file upload option. I'd love for these to be Marketo forms, but they can't be because Marketo can't transfer these files over to Salesforce
- Increased employee efficiency
- Better insight into what our customers/prospects are interested in based on the content we send them
- Ability to see what advertising campaigns are working best and bringing in the highest quality of leads
