Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo to send automated emails to both our customers and our franchises using data directly from our Salesforce org. It allows our marketing team to be precise and targeted with their campaigns without having to take development time from my team because of its feature-rich ability.

We want to know the right emails are in the right inboxes at the right times and with Marketo we've been able to that. Whether it's customer campaigns to engage service opportunities or franchise campaigns to educate and motivate our team, we trust Marketo to do the job; even more so after switching and trying Pardot for a year.
After using Pardot for a year it was clear they weren't even in the same league when it comes to features and overall ability.
If you are a control freak about your email campaigns and using Salesforce, use Marketo, otherwise explore cheaper options.
