Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We use Marketo for marketing and email automation. We also use them to track interaction with the leads in our system. The flames and stars give you valuable insight into who is interacting with your content and who to reach out to first. Additionally, Marketo lets us run effective marketing email campaigns.
- Marketo tracks interactions with your content and your website very well.
- Marketo can send out emails that don't look like they have been automatically generated. It also provides good management tools.
- Sales insights are helpful because they show you what the trigger points are for your prospects.
- Their "best bet" leads are often not good leads at all. This needs to be refined. They dont always pick leads based on engagement with content.
- I would like to see a function where Marketo tells you what piece of content made the marketing score hit a certain threshold.
Marketo is more feature rich and user friendly. It is more of an enterprise solution.
