Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

It is being used by several departments - primarily for email distribution to our dealers but secondarily for nurture of end users and RTP.
  • Open platform allows other marketing platforms to sync to it.
  • Once you set things in motion it’s pretty good about keeping up.
  • Customer service is quick and efficient
  • A very large learning curve
  • Template features could be easier to use, seem to require a knowledge of html

Product Launches: To inform our dealerships that a product has launched and to provide them with all of the information pertaining to it.


Marketo is more of an open platform than Pardot, while Pardot is easier to use.
It is well suited to a b2c Marketing environment, not as much to a manufacturer who sells to dealers.
