Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is used by the digital hub for multiple projects to empower clients to send end-to-end communication using different communication channels (preferably email channel used).
The variety of API's availability and integration with multiple platforms (like SFDC) made Marketo a one-stop solution for all the market needs, and leveraged the Marketing operations team to handle different use cases for different clients.

It helps to run multiple campaigns for a variety of product launches globally. Marketo helps the operations team to manage all the leads and segregate them, to target for a different product which values to the customer and help clients to increase their revenue. Also, integration options help to get new opportunities.
For B2B it is best to go for Marketo. However, for B2C will rely more on upon ACS.
Marketo is well-suited product for a team or any medium/large organization that wants to target thousands of leads and wants to run multiple campaigns every day. For B2C marketing it won't help much as per my experience.
