Marketo is being used by the whole organization and the business problem it addresses is in providing high quality b2b leads to sales.

The goal is to provide at least 50% of MQLs to sales. We also have other goals including the use of testing to more effectively and drive engagement, run experiments, increase lead to sales velocity.
Marketo is well suited for B2B marketing in which attribution must be accurately measured. Marketo is best used with engagement streams. Marketo also has many rinse and repeat functions (e.g. cloning prior programs) to help make marketing efforts scalable. Marketo does require some levels of project management as it is not well suited for batch and blasts.
