Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence

The product is used to record and store electronic batch records. By transitioning from paper records, traceability and ease of use are greatly increased. A key benefit is the accessibility and understandability of the system to operators and other staff who do not come from a quality background - they are guided through the process in a way that minimises the opportunity for errors or missed entries.

Strong features that make navigating and moving around the platform intuitive, as well as recalling and resuming workflows both during and after completion. Some actions are not fully optimised eg favouriting in search or saving search terms, but overall it is a strong platform in terms of ease of use.

When completing a work order, it is really important to have locatable, intelligible records of the work performed and process data collected. By making the process electronic, these steps can be guaranteed to be captured, flag when values are in or out of spec, and can be easily located in case of audit or investigation.
