We use it to manage and execute digital batch records. It reduces errors in the batch records and provides better data integrity. It has sped up our creation process and also our quality review process. We currently create 20-30 batch records a day. Each batch record used to take 30-45 min to create. They now take roughly 10 min.

Usability

It's easy to understand. It flows well and allows those of us with very little computer experience to use the product. The training required to use the builder tool was minimal. The end user trainer was also minimal due to how the site is set up. It's easy to use.

At my company we have the need to have multiple operators entering information on the batch record concurrently. Having a web based solution has given us the ability to have multiple operators in the batch record entering data at the same time from multiple devices. This allows us to review some steps in procees.
