Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence

Data sharing, data entry errors, elimination of paper. We use Mx for tissue procurement, CDMO processes, and cellular therapy

  • Role restrictions
  • Process dependencies

Cons

  • Retain Text formatting options within step fields
  • Modifying minor settings without having to go through the republish steps
  • Easier movement of fields up and down within a phase
  • We’re able to consolidate paper processes into easy to edit eBRs
  • Calculations are no longer done manually or on a validated spreadsheet
Some features are not easily accessible. Building an eBR is challenging if you have to go back and modify the order of certain steps
