Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence
MasterControl Quality Excellence records and logbooks functionality is currently in use at my company. Production Records is used for day to day manufacturing. It has been key in providing an efficient and effective mechanism to meet compliance requirements and error proofing. The functionality is extremely flexible and easy to validate. The logbooks module has been key in us being able to manage information and it integrates very well with Production Records.

- Needs ability to have global settings within a single master template
- Needs ability to add multiple attachments to a single attachment field
- Calculations in product families could be easier to manage
- It has allowed us to maintain a paperless system
- It has minimized errors within the record
- It has minimized the amount of time required to validate
