Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use MasterControl Quality Excellence almost weekly due to their being an ever increasing amount of training and perfecting problems and processes in our work flow, there is safety regulation that we learn and different processes which have laid out training in MasterControl. We are expected every month to not have any late MasterControl that is why we are constantly training and reading through MasterControl Quality Excellence.

Organizing
Thorough training and step by step for processes
Simple Layout easy to follow from top to bottom

Make exams longer
Don't go over 5 pages, so sections are really long
Better Alert for deadline on MasterControl Documents that alert you before you log in

Return on Investment

I think it has had a overall positive impact
Associates can learn things at a faster rate
You can always go in and reanalyze something you maybe overlooked

Usability

Because the quality is really good for all the people working at the company. But sometimes all the information can be overwhelming. Maybe implementing more videos in slides or more visual than reading everything could be better aid visual learners to digest information better because some sections have an overwhelming amount of slides

Alternatives Considered

Workday Adaptive Planning

MasterControl Quality Excellence is a better user experience. Workday can be confusing and hard to use as far as the interface. Both programs have there services but I feel MasterControl does a much better job at making things easier to find and easier to navigate for whatever it is that you need to get done.

MasterControl is well suited for more complex jobs and processes, but I feel that if the process is lifting a carboy or something that is self explanatory maybe MasterControl Quality Excellence does not need a 4 page document of how to life a carboy correctly. So for the more complex things its perfect but maybe not every single area needs it.
