Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using MasterControl Documents, Training, Process modules since 2016 and are currently onboarding the Audit Moduleand AQEM. manufacturing Excellense is in scope as well.

We are generally very happy with the system, but have been struggling with moving our workflows and forms to the clous bases AQEM, which is not on the level it ought to be just yet

Usability

There is so much good in MasterControl Quality Excellence software and it has been tested and our clients and are as happy ad our regulatory affairs. However, there is much room for improvement and even though there are many ways to communicate with MasterControl, feedback is often ignored.

Documents, process and Training are amazing modules. They should buld on what they have been doing well, not re-invent the wheel and strat from scratch with their cloud solutions!

Alternatives Considered

Veeva Network

MasterControl is about 300% cheaper than Veevas compared solution. That is why we ae still with MasterControl, since Veeva is not 300% better

MasterControl Quality Excellence is well suited in audit situations, all data is clearly presentable and extractable and auditors are generally impressed by the data they are being presented, both when to comes to speed and accuracy.

Less than well suited: When we are taking MasterControl roadmaps at face value and sharing the plan swith external stakeholders, we always have to apologize later
