Mautic (open source)--A fantastic way for many to start with marketing automation
Overall Satisfaction with Mautic (open source)
Marketing automation with Mautic (open source) is used for several use cases within twentyZen. We use it for product development, user training, and initial community building as well as for lead nurturing and client relationship campaigns. We started to develop custom plugins and integrations to interact with other system we regularly use.

Cons
- Long-term support of versions
- Bug fixing
- Documentation
- Automating interactions with clients in an early funnel stage

- Influencing purchase decisions along the customer journey
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
Infusionsoft, at the time I tested it, had a crazy editor--very unintuitive and not very clean. Mautic (open source) makes it much easier to build up campaigns. Besides that, it didn't provide what we needed to justify the lack of possibility to self-host it and the requirement to pay for it.
