Overall Satisfaction with Mavenlink

Mavenlink is being used for multiple projects organization from engineering to marketing to financial communications. It's mostly used as an internal organizational tool but more recently being implemented to communicate with contracted vendors.
  • Task list management
  • Integration with Google apps
  • Scheduling timelines
  • Resource management
  • It does so much that you really need to dedicate yourself to training ...like any good platform.
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better task and project management
  • Legacy tracking Helps to bring new employees at the
Microsoft project
Internal spreadsheets
zoho
ML is quantum leap ahead of these platforms in collaboration, ROI, Communication, billing accountability, Resource management and much more
Using Mavenlink for strictly internal management rather than outside vendor/client relationships is a bit tricky but can be overcome and harnessed to great benefit.

Mavenlink Implementation

Using Mavenlink

Good usability. Somewhat intuitive but helps to have the tutorials. Fortunately they have incredibly great 24/7 tech support as well.

Mavenlink Reliability

Very good integration with Google apps. Some complexity is called however in the synchronization between Google Tasks and Maven links tasks. This can sometimes lead to duplicate records in Google Tasks. It has been dissolvable that becomes cumbersome if not properly curated.
