Overall Satisfaction with Mavenlink

We have fully integrated Mavenlink as our time tracking, project management and invoicing platform. This is a global company platform and has allowed us better visibility on projects, resources and tracking.

Pros

  • Project Tracking: able to keep info on one project all together with expenses, time and finances
  • Resource allocating: planning for resources and Gantt chart views for projects
  • Invoicing: lots of options on method of invoicing

Cons

  • Still growing into their platform so some fine tuning with minor features
  • Give us drastic increase on insights of project and client profitability
  • We were always busy before but now we can see how and why we are busy
Mavenlink is very flexible and there are always updated features for client needs.
